It's official. Every week, I will post something having to do with the newest Japanese episode of Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's. There most likely will be spoilers, so don't read these posts if you are one of those people who hates to have the story ruined for you.
Let me start by saying that after the previous episode, I was anticipating the end of Lua/Luka's Riding Duel against the "Enemy." It was somewhat disappointing. So, the "Enemy," who magically had a counter to everything Lua and Luka would do, first kills off Lua and he somehow falls off of the duel lane (which has fence-like things to prevent such occurences). Then, the Crimson Dragon randomly comes out of nowhere, and saves Lua. The method by which Lua is saved is extremely silly, and you'll have to watch it for yourself. Honestly, I think that whoever made the show just wanted a random Crimson Dragon cameo, since it really didn't need to appear.
Afterwards, the "Enemy" defeats Luka, and her little duel spirits protect her from the same fate that almost befell her brother. So, like a D-Wheel, her board just stops and starts to smoke. And then, having won, the "Enemy" is all angry and stuff and storms off. Maybe he was intending on killing them?
Either way, the end of the duel was lame. However, that may be bias, since I really wanted Lua and Luka to win. I suppose that now Lua and Luka will be prepared for the silly Infinity monsters and will be able to win next time...
